Why I love Les Miz
So lately I have been finding myself needing to explain why I love show tunes, but more specifically Les Miserables. Well I am posting just one song that might help explain. It is smart, funny, endearing, beautiful, emotional, and entertaining. And yes, I might like show tunes, but no one is perfect
Fringe: I miss Peter!
Sunday dvr day allowed me today to watch the season 4 premiere of FOX’s “FRINGE”. I will not lie, last season I kind of ignored FRINGE just a lil. There was just so much on TV, and I started watching FRINGE with an EX and sometimes it brings back bad memories
JK. Either way I was excited to watch the season premiere. I knew Joshua Jackson’s Peter Bishop had been erased from both worlds at the end of last season. I didn’t realize though how much I would miss his adorable face. Kudos to the writing and actors though. His absent never really seemed out of the ordinary but we were reminded by the shapeshifters and peter’s face in household reflections. Walter Bishop ( still one of my favorite characters on tv ) Start’s to see peter’s face in surfaces, but to him, Peter is just a man. I hope sooner than later they figure out who he is, and brings him back!! I miss my Joshua Jackson!!!
Now to another hottie. They upgraded Seth Gable, Lincoln Lee, to a series regular this year. In the primary world ( which we have never seen him in before ) he is now the new member of the Fringe Division. I won’t go into more detail, but all I will say is, compared to his alternate world self, I think he is sexier, especially with those classes. You’ll have to watch to see what I mean.

I am sweet on REVENGE!
Last night ABC premiered it’s new series REVENGE, starring Emily Vancamp as Emily Thorne, who moves back to the Hamptons to get back at a whole bunch of people for betraying her and her dad! The show starts off at the end of the summer at Emily’s engagement party, and a body being found on the beach. It then backtracks to the beginning of the summer when she first moves in to a Hampton home, where you quickly find out use to belong to her family. From that point on she begins her plan by first taking down one woman by outing her affair with her best friend’s husband ( of course she does it very cleverly ) There are a lot of flashbacks to help set up story lines and characters ( almost LOST like ). My favorite part is that there is tons and tons of eye candy! I definitely will be adding this show to my DVR list for Wednesday nights… if you like a little mystery, I think you should too!
Thursday Night Premieres!
Thursday night TV is back. Personally my DVR is set to Grey’s and Jersey Shore tonight but there is ton’s of new stuff out there! There are just a few and happy DVR-ing
8-9PM CBS, SEASON PREMIERE
The Big Bang Theory: Christine Baranski is back as Leonard’s emotionally distant mother. He didn’t get that way from having a Free to Be…You and Me-type mom.
8-9PM ABC, SERIES DEBUT
Charlie’s Angels: The latest Angels are a thief, a disgraced cop, and a street racer. Which is all completely irrelevant because they’re also way hot.
9-9:30PM NBC, SEASON PREMIERE
The Office: James Spader’s Robert California begins his reign of paper terror.
9-11PM ABC, SEASON PREMIERE
Grey’s Anatomy: Meredith is canned!
10-11PM NBC, SERIES DEBUT
Prime Suspect: Sometimes a lot of talent (in this case, star Maria Bello and exec producers Peter Berg and Alexandra Cunningham) miscalculate the appeal of their own show. That seems to be the case here. Filled to the brim with good actors, from Aidan Quinn as Bello/Jane Timoney’s boss to The Shield’s Kenny Johnson as her boyfriend, Prime is overripe with hard-boiled detectives (and I love hard-boiled detective stories) and renders Jane not a feisty broad to admire, but rather a bullying pain in the ass you’d cross the street to avoid. But I’ll keep watching in hopes that it improves. And sorry about the Prop That’s Key to Your Character school of acting, Ms. Bello, but Jane’s hasn’t-been-hip-in-five-years fedora is really annoying. B- —Ken Tucker
10-11PM FOOD, SERIES DEBUT
Sweet Genius: Pastry guru (seriously, have you seen this dude’s cakes?) Ron Ben-Israel judges a competition for pastry chefs. The winner gets $10,000 which is just about enough to buy a Ron Ben-Israel cake.
WEEKLY MUSIC OBSESSION
I might not be the biggest fan of Chris Brown, just like many people aren’t, but I do love this song,

NYC Prep: Where are the Parents?
Bravo’s reality show NYC Prep follows the lives of Manhattan’s teens. Think Gossip Girl, but real life, and less cool. The only difference is that something is missing from NYC Prep that is seen in Gossip Girl—-PARENTS! These kids, exactly what they are, the youngest being 15, are running around NYC and partying and “hooking UP”. It drives me crazy that parents are actually letting their kids do this. Maybe it is the NYC mentality of life, but really? My opinion is that these kids are going to grow up spoiled, not friendly, and std infected ignorant.
The show is amusing, but if I can multi- task and watch this show, it can’t be that good. I mean how interesting are rich kids really? “Oh my god, I went to this fashion show” “Omg my God, he is dating her”…blah!
my rating is WAIT FOR THE FICTIONAL GOSSIP GIRL
GH News!

ABC's General Hospital-Jason Morgan____LOOK AT THOSE EYES!
AND MY PRAYS ARE ANSWERED! Well, at least one of them. Steve Burton, a.k.a. Jason Morgan, on my favorite soap General Hospital has resigned a new contract with the soap. It was dicey for little bit there. ABC in general is taking pay cuts and General Hospital ratings have been declining, though they did have a boost lately. I don’t know what the reason is, I’m just glad it’s happening. Jason Morgan is the reason I started watching GH. I went back and watched all episodes he was in. Good Move GH!!! Now if you can only realize he needs to end up with Liz and NOT Sam, we’ll be on a better page.
